The Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant assists in the organization
and clerical duties by functioning as the central contact for information
specific to this department.
HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE &
FUTURE
- Professionally answer and direct telephone calls, greet
clients, and respond to inbound phone, email, and written inquiries within
established response timelines. - Maintain an organized, professional
office environment and an accurate, confidential, and user-friendly filing
system. - Create, prepare, and distribute reports, presentations,
correspondence, and proposals for departmental needs. - Conduct property
tours and educate current and prospective customers on property features,
products, and services. - Build and maintain positive working
relationships across all hotel departments to ensure efficient communication
and service delivery. - Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Front
Office, Housekeeping, and Culinary teams to create and deliver guest amenities
and gifts. - Provide administrative support to Food & Beverage
members and assist with departmental operations as needed. - Ensure all
guest, client, and internal communications are handled professionally,
accurately, and in a timely manner. - Other duties as assigned.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistance or similar experience
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and brand property
Management System(s). - Exercise excellent communication and listening
skills.

Pay Rate:
$22.00/hour
