Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley.
Designed to help guests arrive, unwind,
restore and awaken, AURA blends nature, luxury and wellbeing to create
unforgettable spa experiences. We are currently seeking passionate
and experienced Spa Therapists to join our growing wellness
team.
We are currently recruiting for a mix of Part Time and Casual
positions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">As a Spa Therapist,
you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalised spa
treatments, genuine hospitality and expert wellness
knowledge.
Your day-to-day will include:

treatments including massages, facials and body therapies
style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">
Personalising treatments to suit each guest’s
needs Recommending retail products and promoting
rebookings
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Maintaining impeccable
treatment room presentation and hygiene standards
style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">
Supporting a calm, welcoming and professional spa
environment
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Participating
in training sessions and team meetings
style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">
Staying current with wellness trends, products
and treatment techniques
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">WHAT WE’RE
LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is warm, professional
and passionate about wellness.
Ideally, you
will have:
style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">2 years experience as a Spa Therapist (preferred but
not essential) -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Diploma in Beauty
Therapy and/or Certificate IV in Massage
style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Experience delivering both facial and body
treatments -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Exceptional guest
service and communication skills - Strong
retail and upselling confidence - Excellent
grooming, presentation and attention to detail
style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">A calm and positive approach in a luxury
environment
