Your Day to Day

  • Lead and manage
    complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent and timely
    resolution. 
  • Drive the implementation of human rights
    and responsible labour practices across the region. 
  • Identify risks
    and trends, providing practical recommendations to prevent issues and improve
    outcomes. 
  • Partner with HR teams to develop clear policies,
    processes and tools that support compliance. 
  • Build capability
    through training and guidance, enabling teams to manage employee relations
    and compliance effectively

 

What We Need
From You

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience
    in HR leadership or operations roles. 
  • Strong experience managing
    employee relations, compliance or labour‑related matters. 
  • Solid
    understanding of employment laws, human rights or responsible labour
    practices. 
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate
    with stakeholders across different teams and markets. 
  • Strong
    analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple
    priorities.
