the Role

the day-to-day operations across our Food & Beverage outlets. Reporting
to the senior leadership team, you will drive service excellence, build a strong
team culture, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining
experience every time.

Key
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee daily
operations of all F&B outlets within the hotel
style="line-height: 15pt;">Inspire, develop, and mentor
a high-performing team-

standards -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Manage rostering, labour costs, and operational
efficiency -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and local
engagement -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing
requirements -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Monitor and achieve financial targets including budgets
and KPIs -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Collaborate closely with culinary and hotel teams to deliver a seamless
guest experience
About You
- Proven experience in
a Venue Manager or senior F&B leadership role within hotels, restaurants,
or premium venues -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Strong understanding of hotel operations
(preferred) -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">A natural leader who motivates and empowers teams
style="line-height: 15pt;">Passionate about delivering
exceptional guest experiences-
style="font-size: 10.5pt;">Commercially savvy with strong financial
and operational acumen -
