Pool Bar Commis Chef (Seasonal)

Every refreshing bite poolside has the potential
to become a highlight of our guests' summer vacation. To deliver that sunshine
on a plate, we’re looking for a seasonal Cook / Commis Chef
for our Pool Bar. We need someone with a passion for vibrant presentation,
a dedication to fresh flavors, and a commitment to maintaining high standards
even when the sun is out and the orders are flying.

A Little Taste of Your
Day-to-Day

While the sun is shining, you’ll mostly
be:

  every salad, burger, and snack a feast for the eyes and a treat for
  the tastebuds.

• Owning
  the Poolside Station: Taking full ownership of your
  workstation—managing supplies, monitoring equipment, and minimizing waste in
  a fast-paced outdoor setting.

• data-path-to-node="7,2,0">Maintaining Pristine Standards:
  Being "cleaner than clean" to meet or exceed local hygiene laws, ensuring
  the pool area remains a safe and appetizing environment.

  with washing up, restocking poolside amenities, and supporting the bar team
  during peak "golden hours."

  duties like a true team player to ensure our guests never have to leave their
  sun loungers for long.
