F&B Server - Six Senses Douro Valley

Six Senses Douro Valley are currently seeking a F&B waiter/waitress
to join the team.

If you have the legal right to work in Portugal, speak
fluent English and Portuguese, and love providing exceptional service in
a wonderful setting, then come join us!

Below are a few duties
you will be expected to do:

• Ensure that all guests are greeted
  courteously and attentively in the working area.  
• Ensure
  the prompt and efficient service required by standards.  
• Take
  order from any food & beverage outlet menus.  
• Ensure all
  mis-en-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour
  of service.  
• Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food
  and wine) and F&B day to day activities.  
• Recommend
  and promote items as directed by supervisor.  
• Knowledge on menu
  prices and suggesting upselling when necessary.  
• Ascertains guest
  satisfaction and ensure that all guest billing procedures are handled correctly,
  minimizing rebates during check out and bid guest farewell.
   

Due to our location, it is vital that you have your own
car to be able to get to and from the property.
