Position Requirements:

lang="EN-GB">Complete basic maintenance related tasks and deep cleaning to keep
guest rooms and public areas in an excellent state of cleanliness
and repair.
lang="EN-GB">Assist with the completion of the preventative maintenance
checklist and complete minor repairs work orders such as replacing ceiling
tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, unclogging toilets, replacing faucet
washers, etc.
lang="EN-GB">Carry tools, prepare the worksite and assist maintenance
representatives as needed.
class="CWBulletindentnospaceafter">Clean and sweep
the parking lot, pool, public outdoor and sidewalk areas.
class="CWBulletindentnospaceafter">Cut, prune and maintain
lawn and plants as necessary and dispose of trimmings.
class="CWBulletindentnospaceafter">Empty all trashcans on
a daily basis, maintain recycling areas.
class="CWBulletindentnospaceafter">Report all unsafe
conditions or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
class="CWBulletindentnospaceafter">Adhere to all established
safety policies and procedures.
class="CWBulletindentnospaceafter">Follow procedures
that ensure the security of inventory such as tools, supplies, equipment, etc.,
replenish supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner, and minimize
waste.
lang="EN-GB">Provide guest shuttle service as requested.

as necessary

lang="EN-GB">ACCOUNTABILITY:
lang="EN-GB">This position reports to Head Maintenance. In absence of direct
report, this position may report to other department supervisors
or managers.
style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">This
property is located on a US Military Installation. Successful completion of
a Federal Background check, conducted by the Installation Visitor's Center,
will be required to access the Installation. This is necessary in order to come
to the hotel for an interview for this position. If hired, this background check
will be required to be renewed annually at minimum.
DOD sponsored ID holders are not subject to
this process.
