style="font-size: 12pt;">The Spa Concierge is responsible for providing guests
with comprehensive and professional guidance regarding spa procedures
and services, as well as booking all spa treatments, retail sales, and checking
in and checking out all guests in a professional manner. Must
have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and maintain a high
level of customer service standards. Must have the ability to communicate
with others, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all
times.

will mostly be:
style="line-height: normal;">Promote Regent’s service
philosophy and style through our people attributes.
style="line-height: normal;">Understand and adhere
to Regent Spa policies and procedures.-
style="font-size: 12pt;">Welcome guests warmly and provide detailed descriptions
of spa products and services. -
style="font-size: 12pt;">Accurately book spa and salon appointments and upsell
products. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Demonstrate professionalism and sensitivity to guest
needs. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Offer spa facility tours as needed and cooperate with guests
and coworkers. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Uphold guest service standards, including Forbes Five-Star
Standards. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Report guest challenges to the Spa Manager on Duty.
style="line-height: normal;">Ensure safety, sanitation,
and use of required PPE.-
style="font-size: 12pt;">Make decisions in line with general policies
and procedures. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Knowledgeable in all spa and salon treatments, adept at explaining
them to guests. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Sales-driven with a focus on customer service, adept at making
recommendations and selling products and services.

and closing duties.
What
we need from you:
- Minimum 1-3 years
of customer service experience, spa, hospitality, and/or
retail. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Must have at least 1 year of luxury retail
experience. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">High School diploma or equivalent required.
style="line-height: normal;">Ability to maintain
professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
style="line-height: normal;">Passion for customer
service, hospitality, and related fields.
style="line-height: normal;">Maintain a polished
appearance, adhering to grooming standards.
style="line-height: normal;">Able to stand for extended
periods.-

organizational skills. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays,
and weekends. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Booker, Book4Time, or Spa
Soft preferred.
What
you can expect from us:
style="font-size: 12pt;">The hourly pay rate for this role
is $35.02.
This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed at Regent Santa
Monica Beach.
