Housekeeping Supervisor - Hotel Indigo Naperville Riverwalk

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing
the daily operations of the housekeeping department during the morning shift.
This role ensures guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet
InterContinental brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The supervisor leads, coaches, and supports housekeeping colleagues, conducts
room inspections, and collaborates with other departments to ensure operational
excellence.

  Housepersons, and Public Area Attendants to ensure quality standards
  are met.
• style="box-sizing: inherit;">Conduct guest room and public area inspections,
  ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards
  are maintained.

  assignments based on occupancy and operational needs.

to support efficient room availability.

  supply ordering, and cost-control initiatives.

  maintenance concerns and coordinate with Engineering to ensure timely
  resolution.

  with departmental projects, payroll, scheduling, and administrative

Qualifications

  required.
• style="box-sizing: inherit;">Minimum 1–3 years of housekeeping experience in
  a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.

inherit;">Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment,
