Job Description

The Manager, AI Process
Enablement
role enables the effective, secure, and scalable use of AI
and automation within Product Security operating processes, ensuring AI
capabilities are embedded directly into vulnerability management, exposure
management, remediation orchestration, and security operations
workflows. 

The position partners closely with central AI
and automation teams to translate Product Security requirements into
implementable, governed, and measurable process improvements that reduce risk,
improve cycle time, and strengthen audit and compliance outcomes.

  • Drive AI & Automation Adoption: Identify, design,
    and enable AI- and automation-driven process improvements across Product
    Security workstreams, including Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management,
    and Remediation & Response.
  • style="box-sizing: inherit;">Translate Security Needs into
    Requirements: Convert security use cases into clear process, data,
    and control requirements for implementation by enterprise AI and automation
    teams.
  • Embed Decision Support: Integrate AI-enabled decision support
    into triage, prioritization, remediation orchestration, validation,
    and reporting workflows.
  • style="box-sizing: inherit;">Ensure Governance Alignment: Ensure AI use
    cases align with security governance, risk tolerance, audit requirements,
    and SDLC controls.
  • style="box-sizing: inherit;">Partner with Leadership: Collaborate
    with Product Security leaders to prioritize initiatives based on risk reduction,
    efficiency gains, and operational maturity.
  • Establish Standards:
    Define repeatable patterns, standards, and success measures for AI-enabled
    security workflows to enable scalable adoption across
    the organization.

 

What We Need
From You

  • Deep understanding of Product Security, Vulnerability Management,
    Exposure Management, and remediation workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience improving operational processes using
    automation, decision logic, analytics, or AI-assisted tooling.
  • style="box-sizing: inherit;">Strong ability to translate between security domain
    needs and technical implementation teams.
  • Familiarity with security governance, audit, and compliance
    expectations.
  • Experience working
    in matrixed enterprise environments with central platform
    teams.
