Job Description

The Role

The Vice President of Enterprise Architecture (EA) is
a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and advancing
the technology architecture vision across a global hospitality organization.
This leader ensures alignment between business strategy and technology
capabilities, driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across
brand, guest experience, property operations, and corporate functions. The VP,
Enterprise Architecture will lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide
architecture frameworks, enabling seamless integration across property
management systems (PMS), customer platforms, loyalty systems, digital channels,
and back-office operations.

Day-to-Day

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the enterprise architecture strategy aligned
    to business priorities including guest experience, revenue growth,
    and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology
    trends, digital transformation, and innovation
    opportunities.
  • Establish and evolve architecture frameworks, standards,
    and governance processes across all business domains.

    Alignment

    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Partner with business leaders across
      hotel operations, marketing, loyalty, revenue management, and finance to enable
      technology-driven outcomes.
    • Translate business capabilities into scalable architecture
      blueprints and roadmaps.
    • Ensure alignment of IT strategy with enterprise-wide digital
      transformation initiatives.
    • Lead Enterprise AI Transformation Through a Forward-Deployed
      Architecture Model

    Architecture Governance &
    Standards

    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Lead architecture review boards
      and enforce governance for system design, integration, security, and data
      standards.
    • Define
      and manage enterprise architecture domains, including:

    • Technology/Infrastructure

  • Drive adoption of cloud, API-first, and microservices architectures
    to support scalability and agility.

    Integration

    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Oversee architectural integration
      of core hospitality technologies.
    • Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across
      properties, brands, and third-party
      partners.

     

    Data & Digital Innovation

  • Establish enterprise data architecture to support advanced
    analytics, personalization, and AI-driven guest
    experiences.
  • Enable
    omnichannel customer journeys through integrated digital
    ecosystems.
  • Champion modernization initiatives such as cloud migration,
    platform engineering, and data platforms.
  • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Vendor & Technology
    Management

    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Evaluate and guide technology selection,
      vendor partnerships, and platform investments.
    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Ensure architectural consistency across
      vendor solutions and SaaS platforms.

    We Need from You

    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">15+ years of IT experience, with
      at least 7–10 years in enterprise architecture leadership
      roles.
    • Experience
      in large, complex, multi-brand, or global organizations; hospitality, travel,
      or retail experience strongly preferred.
    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Proven track record leading
      enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Technical Expertise
    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Deep expertise in enterprise
      architecture frameworks.
    • Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,
      GCP)
    • API/microservices architectures
    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Data platforms, data governance,
      and analytics
    • Systems integration and middleware
    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Familiarity with hospitality
      technologies (PMS, CRS, POS, etc.) highly preferred.
    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Exceptional strategic thinking,
      problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Ability to balance long-term vision
      with near-term delivery.
    • Strong communication skills, translating complex technology
      concepts into business value.
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems,
      or related field required. Master’s degree or MBA
      preferred

     

    Location – Atlanta, GA preferred. 
     
    Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days
    a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing
    needs of the business.
