The Role
The Vice President of Enterprise Architecture (EA) is
a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and advancing
the technology architecture vision across a global hospitality organization.
This leader ensures alignment between business strategy and technology
capabilities, driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across
brand, guest experience, property operations, and corporate functions. The VP,
Enterprise Architecture will lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide
architecture frameworks, enabling seamless integration across property
management systems (PMS), customer platforms, loyalty systems, digital channels,
and back-office operations.

Day-to-Day
Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the enterprise architecture strategy aligned
to business priorities including guest experience, revenue growth,
and operational efficiency.Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology
trends, digital transformation, and innovation
opportunities.Establish and evolve architecture frameworks, standards,
and governance processes across all business domains.

hotel operations, marketing, loyalty, revenue management, and finance to enable

blueprints and roadmaps. - Ensure alignment of IT strategy with enterprise-wide digital
transformation initiatives. - Lead Enterprise AI Transformation Through a Forward-Deployed

Data & Digital Innovation

omnichannel customer journeys through integrated digital
ecosystems.Champion modernization initiatives such as cloud migration,
platform engineering, and data platforms.

Management

vendor partnerships, and platform investments. -

vendor solutions and SaaS platforms.

We Need from You
-
style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">15+ years of IT experience, with
at least 7–10 years in enterprise architecture leadership
roles. - Experience
in large, complex, multi-brand, or global organizations; hospitality, travel,
or retail experience strongly preferred. -
style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Proven track record leading
enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. -
style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Technical Expertise

style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Deep expertise in enterprise
architecture frameworks. - Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,
GCP) - API/microservices architectures

and analytics - Systems integration and middleware

style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Familiarity with hospitality
technologies (PMS, CRS, POS, etc.) highly preferred. -

problem-solving, and decision-making skills. -
style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Ability to balance long-term vision
with near-term delivery. - Strong communication skills, translating complex technology
concepts into business value. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems,
or related field required. Master’s degree or MBA
preferred
Location – Atlanta, GA preferred.
Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days
a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing
needs of the business.
