As a Duty Engineer, you will play
a vital role in maintaining the hotel's building systems, guest rooms,
and public areas to the highest standards. You will ensure all engineering
operations support an exceptional guest experience while promoting safety,
sustainability, and cost-effective maintenance.

Respond promptly to guest maintenance
requests and operational emergencies.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas,
and back-of-house facilities to ensure they meet IHG brand
standards.
lang="EN-US">Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out repairs efficiently
to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with health, safety,
fire, and environmental regulations and hotel policies.
Support energy conservation
and sustainability initiatives by promoting efficient use of utilities
and resources.
Work
closely with other hotel departments to support daily operations and deliver
excellent guest service.
What do
we need from you?
Diploma or certification in Electrical,
Mechanical, HVAC, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel
engineering or facilities maintenance, including at least 2 years of experience
in GCC countries.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair,
and maintain hotel engineering systems efficiently.
Good communication, teamwork,
and problem-solving skills.
Willingness
to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and emergency
call-outs when required.
