按照操作规程完成水、电、暖、空调等系统的维修与保养工作。 3.
参与工程项目的安装、调试及验收，配合相关部门推进施工进度。 4.
及时响应并处理报修任务，做好维修记录和问题反馈。 5.
遵守安全操作规范，落实现场安全管理措施，预防事故发生。
1.
中技（中专/技校/职高）学历，机电、电气、自动化或相关专业优先。 2.
具备2年及以上工程维修或相关岗位工作经验，持有相关职业资格证书者优先。 3.
熟悉常见机电设备和设施系统的运行原理，具备较强的动手能力和问题解决能力。 4.
工作认真负责，具备良好的服务意识和团队协作精神。 5.
能适应轮班或应急值班安排，服从工作调度。
