We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chief
Steward to lead our Stewarding team at the First Vignette
Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). This is
an important role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness
hygiene and organization across all kitchen and back-of-house areas. If you

Primary Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Stewarding team to ensure
smooth daily operationsMaintain the highest standards
of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchens and back-of-house areas

font-size: 10pt;">Ensure all kitchen equipment utensils crockery cutlery
and glassware are cleaned sanitized and ready for use
Support the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage team with efficient
stewarding operationsEnsure compliance with HACCP food
safety and hotel hygiene standardsMonitor the safe
use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipmentCoordinate
the maintenance and repair of stewarding equipment with the Engineering
teamManage inventories of operating equipment cleaning
supplies and chemicalsMinimize breakage and control operating
costs through proper handling and storagePrepare team
schedules and provide training and guidance to Stewarding colleagues

Maintain a clean

ManagementRequirements

Minimum 5
years of Stewarding experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory
or Chief Steward role preferably in an international hotelGood
knowledge of HACCP food safety and hygiene standardsStrong leadership and team management skillsGood
communication skills in English Arabic is an advantageAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
