1. Greet guests and fellow associates in the hotel at all times

2. Patrol and make sure each floor’s safety.

3. Be familiar with each floor’s map & layout, as well as the locations
of security and fire safety equipments.

4. Politely advise strangers from entering floors and guestrooms. If it happened
already, persuade them to leave.
婉言劝止闲杂人员进入楼层和客房（如已进入，则劝其离开）。
5. Check guest room doors on each floor. If keys are left on doors or abnormal
sound was heard in rooms, coordinate with the Front Office to solve problems.
巡视各层客房房门，如发现有钥匙的房门关闭或房内有异样，应尽快与前厅确定并协调客房共-
同处理。
6. Coordinate closely with the FFC. Report brawl, fight, decoration damage
and other suspicious situation to the Security Manager and Guest Service
Manager.
与消防中心保持紧密联系，如发现楼层或房内有争吵、斗殴、损坏设施及其他可疑现象要尽快-
报告安全主管和宾客服务经理处理。
7. Keep calm during fire、robbery、hostage、explosion situations and report
to superior manager as soon as possible. Try to control situation at the scene,
arrange evacuation and rescue to decrease damages.
如在楼层发现如火警、抢劫、绑架、爆炸时要保持冷静并尽快报告上司，同时可能的话控制现场-
，组织疏散和进行抢救，防止事态扩大。
8. Politely advise visitors entering after 11:00pm to leave or register at
the Front Desk.
对夜晚23：00以后进房的访客要劝离或请其至前厅登记。
9. Check the fire door on each floor to ensure it is in good condition;
巡检各层各区防火门，并保证能够良好运作。
10. Strictly control and prevent police and fire issues from happening.
严密防范和控制治安及消防事件的发生。
11. Assist Security supervisors to implement safety and fire tasks;
积极配合安全主管执行治安和防火等具体工作。
12. Coordinate and work closely with the Fire Control Officer.
与消控员保持紧密的联系和工作协作。
13. Responsible for self mistake、breach of duty、discipline and misconduct.
对自身在工作中的失误、失职、违纪或渎职行为负责。
14. Maintain a good daily working performance report.
做好当班工作日值及岗位交接工作。
15. Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by
the supervisor

Experience –

Minimum 1 year experience at the same position in international five-star
hotels.
