Serve as a member of the Hotel Executive Committee and contribute

the hotel.
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned and provide leadership
support during operational and emergency situations.

Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of Human
Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role,
preferably within the hospitality industry.

management, compensation and benefits, and organizational
development.
Proven leadership, coaching,
communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Executive Committee, and department leaders.
