The
Role
As a
data-end="4100">Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing
reservations, assisting guests with their booking requests and maximizing room
revenue through effective sales techniques while ensuring excellent customer
service.
Key
Responsibilities

by phone and email.
data-end="4402">Process bookings accurately.
data-start="4403" data-end="4445">Promote hotel services and upsell
rooms.
data-end="4475">Update reservation systems.
data-start="4476" data-end="4517">Coordinate with Front Office
and Sales.
data-end="4554">Deliver outstanding guest service.

For
data-start="4583" data-end="4629">Degree or diploma in Hospitality
or Tourism.
data-end="4685">Experience in Reservations or Front Office preferred.

service skills.
data-end="4752">Strong attention to detail.
data-start="4753" data-end="4784">Fluent in French and English.

is an advantage.
