The
role
We are looking for a passionate
and highly organized Event & Wedding
Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role,
you will be responsible for promoting and coordinating weddings, social events
and corporate functions while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction throughout
the entire planning process.

data-end="1195">Promote the hotel's event and wedding facilities.

to inquiries and prepare customized proposals.
data-start="1262" data-end="1314">Conduct site inspections with prospective
clients.
data-end="1371">Coordinate event details with operational departments.
data-section-id="9cgo9r" data-start="1372" data-end="1438">Ensure seamless
execution of events from planning to completion.

strong relationships with clients and partners.

targets and maximize event revenue.

systems.
data-end="1635">What we're looking for

data-end="1734">Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business
Administration or related field.
data-start="1735" data-end="1813">Previous experience in hotel events, sales
or wedding planning is preferred.
data-start="1814" data-end="1863">Excellent communication and negotiation
skills.
data-end="1915">Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
data-section-id="10qt9qj" data-start="1916" data-end="1961">Customer-oriented
with a proactive mindset.
data-end="1994">Fluency in French and English.
data-start="1995" data-end="2032">Good knowledge of Microsoft
Office.
