As Executive Assistant to the General Manager,

As Executive
Assistant to the General Manager, I will assume full responsibility for
the efficient operation in the following:
Executive Support
Manage the General
Manager's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
with precision and foresight.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports and agendas
for executive meetings, ensuring the General Manager is fully informed
and prepared.
Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager
and internal departments, ownership, corporate offices, and external
stakeholders.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost
discretion and professionalism.
Maintain comprehensive paper and electronic filing systems
for records, correspondence, contracts and other materials related to
the General Manager's office.
Operate all office equipment and maintain a well-organized, efficient
executive office environment.
Assist with
the planning and coordination of resort events, VIP visits and special
initiatives led by the General Manager.
Guest &
Stakeholder Relations
Liaise with department heads and key stakeholders on the General
Manager's behalf to facilitate seamless communication and execution
of directives.
Support the General Manager in managing owner and investor relations,
preparing relevant reports and correspondence as required.
Brand &
Culture
Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards in all administrative
and communication tasks.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required, contributing to
a culture of continuous learning and development.
Ensure personal
performance benchmarks are maintained and consistently exceeded.
Strictly adhere
to LQA standards and act on guest feedback to drive continuous
improvement.
Qualifications
To
execute the position of Executive Assistant to General Manager, I must have
the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role
in luxury hotels with proven results, and this includes
the following:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management
or equivalent; a Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized institution
is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of executive secretarial or personal assistant
experience, ideally supporting General Manager level in a luxury hotel or resort
setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, competing priorities
with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and hotel
management systems.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English;
proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
High level
of emotional intelligence, discretion and cultural sensitivity, reflective
of the Six Senses brand ethos.
