Team Leader - Engineering - Six Senses Vana

As Engineering Team Leader, I will fully

Duties
and Responsibilities 
As Engineering Team Leader, I will assume
full responsibility for the efficient operation in
the following: 

• Able to assist in training, supervising, scheduling, motivating,
  positively discipline of engineering hosts.

Assist in planning
and implementing procedures, systems and controls to ensure an efficient, timely
and pro-active engineering department.

Assist in compiling
a monthly consumption report on heat, light and power to include electricity,
gas, steam and water. 

• style="text-align: justify;">Monitor hosts activity, productivity, Utilization
  rates and manage accordingly. 

• style="text-align: justify;">Advises Engineering Manager of downtime or delays
  in completion of tasks. 

• style="text-align: justify;">Manage the team day to day duties and job
  assignments.

• Maintains working area and makes sure that all working areas remain
  clean at all times. 

• style="text-align: justify;">Uses personal safety wares for personal safety
  while on duty. 

• style="text-align: justify;">Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards
  of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained
  and exceeded. 

• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest
  comments. 
   

Qualifications
To execute the position
of Engineering Team Leader, I must have the required qualifications, technical
skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results
and includes the following:

• style="text-align: justify;">High school diploma or equivalent and/or
  apprenticeship in either Mechanical or Electrical disciplines and at least 2
  years’ experience in a similar setting.

Technical skills
include the ability to analyse and design projects and maintaining full
knowledge of engineering-related products and services used in resorts. As well
as confident with numerical scales in geometric shapes, patterns and ability
to interpret them correctly.

• style="text-align: justify;">Fluent in English; I understand that additional
  languages are preferred.
