A fantastic opportunity for a Night
Receptionist
to join our team in voco Oxford Spires
on a Full-Time contract!

The shifts are from 22.45 to 07.00 /
You will earn £14.15 per hour – equal to £29,432.00
salary.

on the attractive terraces. 

The Hotel is surrounded by gardens
and if you are lucky (and quiet) you might even spot our resident family

As a Night
Receptionist, you will play a vital part in delivering a superior guest
experience. We take pride in the fact that we are experts in what we do and love
to demonstrate this expertise to our guests with a sense of flair.

succeed as a Night Receptionist, you will need:

  • style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;">To be passionate
    about delivering great service and be guest focused

  • style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;">Part of the role
    is to serve alcohol to guests as required 

  • style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;">Previous
    experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge

  • style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;">Experience
    with handling guests queries and complaints

  • style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;">Experience using
    Opera PMS is a huge advantage
