The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
from arrival to departure. This role supports the Front Office Manager
in supervising the reception team, maintaining brand standards, resolving guest
concerns, and ensuring efficient front desk operations. The Front Office
Supervisor serves as a role model by delivering outstanding hospitality in line
with IHG's True Hospitality values.

Deliver exceptional guest service in accordance
with IHG and Crowne Plaza brand standards.Welcome VIP
guests and ensure personalized service throughout their
stay.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
promptly and professionally.Ensure efficient check-in
and check-out procedures while maintaining
accuracy.Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve
issues to enhance guest satisfaction.Supervise daily Front
Office operations, including Reception, Guest Services, and Lobby
activities.Ensure all shifts are adequately staffed
and operational procedures are followed.Monitor room
availability, occupancy, and room status in coordination
with Housekeeping.Ensure compliance with cash handling,
billing, and financial procedures.Conduct shift briefings
and communicate important operational updates.Prepare
and review daily reports, guest feedback, and operational
logs.Monitor queue management and service efficiency
during peak periods.Supervise, coach, and motivate Front
Office team members.Provide on-the-job training for new
and existing colleagues.Monitor staff performance
and provide constructive feedback.Assist in scheduling
shifts and managing attendance records.Promote teamwork
and maintain a positive working environment.Ensure
compliance with IHG policies, hotel SOPs, and local
regulations.Maintain high standards of grooming,
professionalism, and workplace safety.Ensure guest
information is handled confidentially.Support hotel
quality audits and brand compliance inspections.Monitor
adherence to health, safety, and security
procedures.Promote IHG One Rewards membership and hotel
services.Identify opportunities for room upgrades
and upselling.Support revenue optimization by maximizing
room inventory and guest
satisfaction.
WHAT WE NEED
FROM YOU:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality
management, Business Administration, or a related
field. - Minimum 2–3 years of Front Office
experience. - Previous supervisory experience
is preferred. - Experience with Opera PMS or similar hotel
management systems. - Strong knowledge of hotel front office
operations and guest service standards. - Omani
