Your day to day

Under the direction
of the Head Chef or section chef, prepares food in accordance with IHG policies
and procedures and Crowne Plaza Melbourne standards. Supports the food
and beverage operation by cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and
the premises whilst maintaining hygienic standards and practices.

We are looking for someone who has availability on Sunday and Monday.

To
meet our operational needs, we are looking for candidates who are available
to work mainly on Sundays and Mondays.

What we need
from you

• Flexible availability, particularly
  on Sunday and Monday mornings.
• Look smart – wear
  your uniform with pride 
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating,
  organizational and training abilities.
• Certificate III of Commercial
  Cookery.
• Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines as part of
  a team in a high-pressured environment
• Good clear communication
  and writing skills.

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers,
  employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and
  the Company.
