safety and comfort your number one priority? We’re searching for a Full Time
Handyperson that goes further to join our Maintenance team. This role
will contribute to the maintenance of the building, plant, equipment, fixtures
and fittings around the Hotel.
Located just 45 minutes
from Sydney, at the foothills of the Blue Mountains and along the Hawkesbury
River, Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley is a premium destination resort set across
8 hectares of landscaped gardens. With contemporary accommodation, acclaimed
dining, extensive conference and event facilities, we offer guests a place where

Every day is different,
but you’ll mostly be:
● Managing daily
maintenance needs
● Small projects
and installations
● Carrying our a preventative
maintenance programme that creates a safe, secure and comfortable environment
for our guests to enjoy
● Initiate / identify project work
required throughout the hotel
● Demonstrate
flexibility in changing the work schedule in light of guest
priorities
● Prioritise safety by following
guidelines, reporting any incidents, hazardous conditions, or faulty
equipment
● Take responsibility for maintaining
cleanliness and safety in all areas
● Ensure all
regulations involving WH&S standards and safe working practices
are followed
What we need
from you:
● Previous experience in general
building maintenance or construction
● Experience in a Hotel setting
would be advantageous
● Problem solving and fault-finding
skills
● Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public
holidays
