lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 13pt;">Responsible to assist the Night manager
in co-ordinating and overseeing all hotel operations in the absence of
the General Manager or designate during nights. The principal responsibility
is safety and security of guests and ensuring the accurate and timely completion
of the night audit function during the hours of 10:30pm –
7:00am.

  • Proficient in the use
    of Microsoft Office and Opera

  • Problem
    solving, training and organisational skills

  • style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 3.95pt;"> style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Driver’s licence holder; RSA and First Aid & CPR
    certified

  • Minimum 3 years’ leadership
    experience in either Front Office or Food & Beverage preferably within
    a hotel/hospitality environment.

    Experience within both would be an advantage

  • style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 3.95pt;"> style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or in Business Administration
    related field preferred
