looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join
our Fine Dining team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate

be doing

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with
the Restaurant Manager to ensure every service is delivered flawlessly, creating
memorable moments for every guest.

You will:

  • Lead by example,
    delivering exceptional luxury service throughout every
    shift.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Support the day-to-day operation
    of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient
    service.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Inspire, coach and develop
    the restaurant team, creating a culture of excellence, accountability
    and teamwork.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Build genuine relationships
    with guests, recognising preferences and creating personalised dining
    experiences.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Collaborate closely with the Executive
    Chef, Sommelier and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless
    service.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Maintain the highest standards
    of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.

  • style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Support labour management, stock control, scheduling and cost
    efficiencies.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Drive revenue through exceptional
    product knowledge, wine recommendations and premium
    upselling.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Ensure full compliance with food
    safety, health & safety and luxury brand standards.

  • style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Take
    ownership of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant
    Manager.

What we're looking for

style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">You'll be passionate about luxury
hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced fine dining
environment.

You'll
ideally have:

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">A minimum of 3–5 years' experience
    within luxury or fine dining restaurants.

  • style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">At
    least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or Assistant Restaurant Manager
    position.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Previous experience within a five-star
    hotel or internationally recognised luxury hospitality
    brand.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Outstanding leadership and people
    development skills.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">A strong understanding of fine dining
    etiquette and luxury service standards.

  • style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving
    abilities.

  • style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Commercial awareness with experience
    managing costs, labour and revenue performance.

  • style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Food
    Safety certification (essential).

  • WSET or equivalent wine
    qualification (desirable).
