Senior Manager, Investment Analysis - EAPAC

Your day
to day

• Lead the financial and commercial evaluation of new
  hotel opportunities across EAPAC, using market research, feasibility
  assessments, and financial modelling to support investment
  decisions. 
• Partner closely with Development teams and key
  stakeholders across the region to assess opportunities, shape project
  positioning, and provide strategic recommendations on potential
  deals. 
• Evaluate deal structures and commercial terms, providing
  insights and recommendations to support negotiations and optimise business
  outcomes.
• Manage the preparation and presentation of investment cases
  and approval documentation, ensuring projects progress efficiently through
  internal review processes. 
• Lead strategic projects focused
  on market analysis, development planning, and investment methodologies while
  mentoring junior analysts and supporting capability development within
  the team

What we need
from you

• Significant experience in investment analysis,
  hospitality finance, valuation, real estate, or a related field, with a proven
  ability to assess complex commercial opportunities. 
• Strong
  understanding of hotel markets, feasibility studies, financial modelling,
  and investment evaluation, with the ability to translate analysis into strategic
  recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and commercial
  acumen, with a track record of influencing decisions through data-driven
  insights. 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
  with the ability to build credibility and collaborate effectively across
  functions and seniority levels.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis
  capabilities, combined with strong project management skills and the ability
  to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
  environment.
