Your day
to
day
•
Maintain general filing
systems
•
Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take
a message
•
Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business
documentation
•
Handle general
enquiries
•
Arrange appointments
and meetings
•
Take dictation of correspondence
as required
•
Open and sort
mail
•
Maintain confidentiality at all times on all
matters
•
Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of
the organization
•
Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate
with
them
•
Access and use work processing computer packages and keep up to date
with enhancements to latest
upgrades
•
Demonstrate Awareness of Brand Standards policies and procedures and ensure all
procedures are conducted safely and within its
guidelines
•
Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety
legislation, policies
and procedures
•
Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures
and operate equipment safely
and sensibly
•
Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors
of potential
dangers
•
Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel
requirements
•
Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters
Demonstrate awareness and adhere to
the occupational, health and safety legislation, policies
and procedures.
Be familiar with the Hotel safety, first
aid, fire and emergency procedures and operating equipment safely
and responsibly.
Report security incidents and accidents
in accordance with the Hotel
requirements.
What we need
from you
The jobholder must drive for results; take responsibility
of his/her performance and constant improvement, adapt to changes and respect
diversity, reliable and have strong impact on others. A bachelor degree
on relevant studies, fluency in English and good administrative skills,
and computer proficiency is a must. Two years’ experience in the same
field is a plus.
