What We Need
From You
The ideal candidate will have:
2–3 years’ culinary experience (experience in a hotel or restaurant
environment is highly desirable)
Grill
experience (advantageous)
A Commercial
Cookery qualification
Experience
working with food safety systems such as HACCP (desirable)
