HK Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily
housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
areas meet the Resort’s cleanliness and quality standards. The role includes
supervising housekeeping staff, conducting inspections, assigning daily tasks,
handling guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, monitoring housekeeping
supplies, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hotel brand
standards. The HK Supervisor also supports staff training, performance
monitoring, and efficient departmental operations to deliver an excellent guest
experience
