Crowne Plaza Queenstown is located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in
the heart of New Zealand's South Island. Our 4.5 star hotel

Monitor the sale & supply of alcohol

will ensure that guest requests/complaints are dealt with in a timely manner
by coordinating with other departments to handle these tasks/complaints e.g.
hotel maintenance issues, pass-on requests for Food & Beverage,
or Housekeeping amenities.

You'll work to improve hotel service based on guest
reviews and take pride in your workplace.

baseline;">Provide excellent leadership to your team members, including
training, rostering, coaching, and recruitment as required under the guidance
of the Front Office Manager.

Oversee, make and manage hotel bookings
and reservations

Ability to Manage Crisis situations such
as Earthquakes, Fires, Bombs & Viral Outbreaks

Able to work 40 hours per week on a rotating
roster - morning, afternoon, evening and the occasional night shift are all part
of the role (including public holidays and weekends)
