Your day to day

What we need
from you

• A passion for cleanliness, organisation, and supporting
  exceptional guest experiences
• Previous experience in a stewarding,
  kitchen attendant, stores, or similar hospitality role
• Strong
  understanding of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and workplace health and safety
  standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability
  to work collaboratively across departments
• Strong organisational skills
  and attention to detail
• Experience managing stock, deliveries, inventory
  records, and storage areas is highly regarded
• Ability to work
  independently, prioritise tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced
  environment
• Physical ability to carry and lift items weighing up to 30
  kilograms
• Experience working within a multi-outlet food and beverage
  operation or luxury hotel environment is desirable but
  not essential
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including
  weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• You must meet the legal
  requirements to live and work in Australia
