- Driving departmental KPIs, including Guest

- Taking ownership of departmental financial
targets by maximizing occupancy opportunities, increasing ADR through walk-ins
and front desk upselling initiatives, and ensuring effective cost
control.
- Ensuring guests receive prompt,
professional, and personalized service throughout their stay, while proactively
engaging with guests to build relationships and resolve concerns
effectively.
- Acting as Manager on Duty when required
and maintaining seamless hotel operations.
