About the Role

As the Senior Manager, you
will provide strategic leadership and operational excellence for your department
while driving business performance, developing high-performing teams,
and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with hotel
leadership to achieve financial goals, maintain IHG brand standards, and foster
a culture of continuous improvement.

Develop and execute departmental business plans
aligned with hotel objectives.Manage departmental budgets,
forecasts, and financial performance.Monitor productivity,
expenses, and revenue opportunities.Identify initiatives

What We Need
From You
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management,
Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field.MBA or Postgraduate qualification
is preferred.Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional
experience.At least 3–5 years in a leadership
role.Experience in hospitality, hotels, or service
industries is preferred.Prior experience with IHG Hotels
& Resorts or another international hotel brand is
an advantage.Skills
