our sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
Your day-to-day
You will be responsible for:

to drive revenue and market share. Leading
and mentoring the Sales team, Marketing Coordinator, and Reservations team
to achieve business objectives.
Building
and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, group, leisure, and travel
partners.
Identifying new business
opportunities and growing existing accounts.

and Operations teams to maximise commercial performance. -

vertical-align: baseline;">Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
to identify opportunities for growth. -

What we're looking for-

vertical-align: baseline;">Proven experience in hotel sales. Prior experience
as a BDM, BDD, DOS or DOSM is preferred -

vertical-align: baseline;">Strong commercial acumen and a track record
of delivering results. Excellent
