an experienced and passionate Executive Chef (Thai Nationality)
to lead the culinary operations of our luxury five-star resort. The successful
candidate will be a hands-on leader with exceptional culinary expertise, strong
business acumen, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence while
inspiring and developing a high-performing kitchen
team.

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality.
• Proven experience as
  an Executive Chef in an international 5-star hotel or luxury
  resort.
• Strong expertise in Italian fine
  dining with the ability to develop contemporary, innovative,
  and high-quality menus.
• Hands-on leadership style
  with excellent culinary execution.
• Strong knowledge of food
  cost control, recipe costing, menu engineering, purchasing, and inventory
  management.
• Excellent planning, organization,
  and administrative skills.
• Experience managing large-scale
  banquet operations, restaurants,, room service.
• Strong
  leadership, coaching, and team development
  skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
  abilities.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, food safety
  regulations, and international hygiene standards.
• Computer
  proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality
  systems.
