Job Description

new secret ingredient? We’re searching for a Director of Food and Beverage
to give our guests a taste of the high life by empowering our teams to deliver
quality service and exceptional standards.

 

A little taste
of your day-to-day 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly
be:

● Providing strategic direction and operational leadership across all
food and beverage outlets, banquet operations, and culinary teams.


Driving exceptional guest satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality
products, service excellence, and memorable dining experiences. 


Developing and implementing innovative concepts, promotions,
and revenue-generating initiatives. 

● Leading, coaching,
and developing a diverse team of managers and colleagues to achieve operational
and commercial goals. 

● Partnering closely with Finance, Sales &
Marketing, and other departments to optimize profitability, control costs,
and maximize revenue opportunities. 

● Managing departmental budgets,
forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring achievement of revenue
and profitability targets. 

● Maintaining brand standards, food
safety compliance, health regulations, and responsible business
practices. 

● Overseeing inventory management, procurement, equipment
maintenance, and operational efficiency across all outlets. 


Monitoring market trends and guest preferences to ensure our offerings remain
competitive and relevant. 

● Ensuring seamless execution
of large-scale events, conferences, banquets, and catering
operations.

 

What we need from you 

● Bachelor's
degree or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management,
Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred.

 ● Minimum 5–8 years of progressive Food & Beverage
leadership experience, including senior management responsibilities in a hotel
or resort environment. 

● Proven experience managing multiple
restaurants, bars, banquet operations, and large-scale catering
events. 

● Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success
in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational
excellence.

 ● Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching,
and team development skills. 

● Strong understanding of budgeting,
forecasting, cost control, and financial management. 

● Knowledge
of food safety regulations, health standards, and responsible alcohol service
requirements.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused
environment while balancing strategic priorities and daily
operations. 

● Fluency in the local language and English
is preferred.
