are now seeking a passionate and driven Bar Manager to lead this iconic venue

Design and implement bar-specific SOPs across
service excellence, operations, compliance, and guest
engagement
Lead the creation of innovative beverage programs,
including signature cocktails, premium wine and spirits lists, and seasonal
offerings
Deliver exceptional, memorable guest experiences
aligned with IHG’s True Hospitality ethos

baseline;">Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of supervisors,
bartenders and F&B attendants

Support budgeting, cost control, and revenue
growth initiatives
Ensure full compliance with RSA, licensing laws,
and safety standards
Collaborate across departments (sales, events,
front office) to ensure seamless guest experiences

What we need
from you

We’re looking for a dynamic leader who can create
an experience as memorable as the view.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in premium bar
or multi-outlet hospitality, with proven leadership
capability
A strong track record in hotel bars, upscale venues,
or high-performing standalone establishments

End-to-end bar operations experience, including
procurement, inventory management, ordering, logistics, and administrative
controls
Strong financial and stock control skills, with
the ability to manage costs, reduce wastage, and optimise
margins
Current RSA and Food Handling
Certificate
Strong leadership skills with experience in team
development, training, and coaching
