As Bar Manager, you will be the face of the bar, reporting directly to
the Restaurant Manager. You will lead all bar operations, inspiring
and developing a high-performing team while delivering exceptional guest

compliance with workplace health and safety, liquor licensing and company
policies.
Analyse
operational and financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement
and implement effective solutions.
