At InterContinental Malta, we are looking to recruit Senior
Bars Supervisor.

will be working in a fast-paced environment and in a challenging role which

Responsibilities:Responsible for training, and supervising bar staff, ensuring they adhere
to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
Communicate and delegate tasks to team members to ensure that the outlet’s
targets are achieved.

inventory levels, including ordering supplies, tracking stock, and managing
costs. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening
and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing events
or promotions.

restraint in stressful situations and maintain stability.

that customers have a positive experience by addressing any concerns or issues
promptly and maintaining a high level of service.

Skills and Experience:Strong leadership and organizational skills.
At
least one to two years previous food and beverage experience preferably in
a hotel of similar size.

initiative as well as in a team environment.

ability will be an advantage.
