Job
Summary
We are seeking an experienced
and dynamic Portfolio Engineering
Manager to oversee engineering and maintenance operations across
a portfolio of 12 Holiday Inn Express hotels. This leadership role
is responsible for ensuring all properties maintain the highest standards
of safety, compliance, operational efficiency, sustainability, and guest
satisfaction.
The successful candidate
will lead hotel engineering teams, manage preventive maintenance programs,
oversee capital expenditure projects, drive energy management initiatives,
and ensure compliance with IHG brand standards.

Operations

and maintenance operations across all assigned hotels.

preventive maintenance programs.
data-start="1735" data-end="1851">Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing,
refrigeration, lighting, and water treatment systems are operating
efficiently.

standards.
data-end="1996">Support hotel renovations, refurbishments, and capital
improvement projects.

and develop engineering teams across the portfolio.

data-start="3164" data-end="3260">Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Building
Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

of engineering leadership experience.
data-start="3312" data-end="3362">Multi-property hospitality experience
preferred.
data-end="3438">Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems and preventive
maintenance.

skills.
data-end="3575">Knowledge of local safety, environmental, and building
regulations.
data-end="3620">Proficiency in English and local language.
