As Sustainability Officer, I fully comprehend
the vision of Six Senses Southern Dunes to help people reconnect
with themselves, others and the world around them, plus our values of local

for guests.

Wellness

I will fully embrace and safeguard the wellness
philosophy, concepts, programs and brand initiatives. This includes playing
an active role and participating regularly in our Mission Wellness
activities.

Sustainability

Sustainability is at the core
of everything we do at Six Senses. I will ensure to follow all directives
on environmental protection and preservation, re-usage and minimum wastage,
purchasing and packaging. I will maintain a harmonious and sensitive approach
to our environment and cultural surroundings.

Out of the Ordinary

I
will deliver Out of the Ordinary experiences that harmonizes with our brand
values and combine quirky element of surprise to take any regular moment
and craft it into a beautiful memory.

Operational Ownership

In
this role, I will behave in a professional manner and set an example to all.

I will abide by Six Senses principles, core values, best practices, guidelines
and objectives, while respecting other cultures and nationalities and projecting
a positive and proactive position to help build and maintain a strong, loyal
team.

My duties and responsibilities will include:

Keep abreast
of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve
the product and service offering.

Focus on the rejuvenation of
the Sustainability department.

Products and services will be constantly
assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six
Senses wellness and sustainability practices.

Focus and review regularly
through my physical presence in the department, our rigorous adherence to LQA
standards.

Assist the team of engaged and experienced hosts to provide
the Six Senses exceptional standards of service.

Documenting all
the projects and initiatives the fund supports.

Maintaining relationships
with key community organizations and representatives such as schools, special
interest groups, local government departments and tourism associations is
an important part of this role.

Engage with the local community on
a regular basis will ensure the property is an active and supportive member
through Sustainability Fund projects and educational/fun sustainability
activities.

Lead sustainable host events monthly that are fun, engaging
and supportive of a culture of sustainability among the team.

Assist
connecting the property with globally recognized sustainability events,
initiatives, and ‘citizen science’, such as Earth Day, World Ocean’s Day
and Global Shoreline Clean-Up for guests and hosts.

A high standard
of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene, plus comprehensive knowledge
of safety, security and emergency procedures will be maintained by myself
and all hosts in line with brand and statutory requirements.

Ensure
that interaction and communications between departments within the property
are clear and effectively maintained to support the smooth running of
the property.

Work closely with marketing, sales and public relation
in developing strategies and tactics which support revenue generation
and profile-raising initiatives are undertaken as documented in the marketing
plan.

Ensure that all activities within the Sustainability department
are carried out ethically, honestly and within the parameters of local
law.

Complete accurately all corporate reporting requirements for
the role.

Attend or conduct the designated meetings and briefings
as instructed.

Perform any additional duties given to me by my
director.

Use of personal safety wares for your department.

Maintain
a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.

Knowledge
of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line
with brand and statutory requirements.

Ensure all equipment of
the department is kept clean and in good working condition.

Attend
meetings and training as required.

Perform any additional tasks given
to me by supervisor/management.
