to support the daily operations of our Housekeeping and Laundry team.
This trainee role is designed for individuals who already have hands-on
experience and are ready to develop their leadership skills in a structured
environment. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing staff, maintaining
cleanliness standards, and ensuring efficient laundry
operations.

- Support the supervision
of housekeeping and laundry staff during daily operations
style="line-height: 15pt;">Assist in coordinating work
schedules and task assignments-
style="font-size: 10.5pt;">Ensure all cleaning and laundry procedures meet
company quality standards -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and laundry
products -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and laundry output for cleanliness
and quality -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members
as needed -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Address and resolve minor staff or operational concerns, escalating
when appropriate -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance with company
policies
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Required
Qualifications
style="line-height: 15pt;">Supervisory experience is required
(team lead, shift lead, or similar role)
style="line-height: 15pt;">Previous experience
in housekeeping and laundry operations is required
style="line-height: 15pt;">Strong attention to detail
and organizational skills-
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Ability to lead by example and support team
performance -
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Good communication and interpersonal skills
style="line-height: 15pt;">Willingness to learn and grow into
a supervisory role
style="font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Preferred Qualifications
- Experience
in hospitality, healthcare, or facility services
style="line-height: 15pt;">Basic knowledge of cleaning
standards and laundry equipment-
style="font-size: 10.5pt;">Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if
needed -

The salary range for this position
is: $55,000 to $60,000.
