Job Description

A little taste of your day-to-day
 

Every day is different
at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment
    and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing
    coordination, and onboarding of new team members
  • Welcoming, orienting,
    and integrating new colleagues into the IHG culture
  • Creating
    and implementing programs that foster a positive and inclusive work
    environment
  • Supporting and administering the annual team member
    engagement activities
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring
    compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR
    procedures
  • Assisting in compensation and benefits administration,
    including employee inquiries and coordination with payroll and benefits
    providers

 

What we need from you

  • High
    school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years
    of experience in Human Resources, preferably in compensation and benefits
    or general HR operations
  • Exposure to talent acquisition, employee
    engagement, and HR administration is an advantage
  • Some college
    coursework in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related field
    preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly
    organized with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential
    information
