Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance &
Operations

Carry out preventive
and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment
and facilities.
Attend to guest room maintenance requests
and resolve issues promptly.
Perform basic electrical,
plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC maintenance
work.
Monitor and maintain lighting, air-conditioning
systems, water supply systems, and other engineering
equipment.
Ensure all engineering logs, checklists,
and maintenance records are accurately
maintained.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all hotel safety procedures and engineering
SOPs.

Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and health
regulations.

Report any safety hazards, equipment failures,
or maintenance concerns immediately.

Support fire drills
and emergency response procedures as required.

Guest
Service

Respond to guest
maintenance complaints in a professional and timely
manner.
Minimize disruption to guests while carrying out
repair work.
Maintain a positive and service-oriented
attitude at all times.

Energy
Conservation

Monitor utility
consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure
equipment operates efficiently to reduce energy
wastage.

Housekeeping & Maintenance
Standards

Maintain cleanliness
and organization of engineering workshops, stores, and plant
rooms.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained
and stored.

Qualifications &
Experience

ITI / Diploma
in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related
technical field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel
engineering or facility maintenance.
Knowledge
of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building
maintenance.
Basic understanding of safety regulations
and preventive maintenance practices.
