As a Recreation
Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily recreation operations,
ensuring high service standards, coordinating guest activities, and motivating
team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires
flexibility, strong leadership skills and a willingness to work outdoors
for extended periods while maintaining a positive, energetic and guest-focused
attitude. Experience in a resort or hospitality setting is preferred, while
a background in fitness and gym operations is considered
an advantage.

are:

pool, beach, and recreation facilities.

of recreation facilities and equipment. -

activities, and special events. -

reports. Collaborate
with departments to enhance the overall guest
experience.
Support the Assistant
Recreation Manager in achieving departmental goals, budgets, and operational
initiatives.

Recreation Manager. -

policy compliance. -

Ideally, you'll
have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking
for:
lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 12pt;">1 to 2 years supervisory experience
in recreation, leisure, hospitality or resort settings

skills. Proven ability
to manage teams and ensure service excellence.

regulations -

certification is an advantage. -

an advantage. -

and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
