Role Purpose

and delivery of the strategy and plan for Global Insights, Analytics, and Data

for this function while maintaining connectivity to the central Global
Commercial & Marketing Strategy team.

Your day
to day
- Develop the annual
and three-year plan for Global Insights, Analytics, and Data function which
is linked to the top-down corporate plan and includes input from regions
and other key functions (monitoring adjusting throughout the year
as required) - Lead the creation and execution of strategic initiatives
to drive performance, increase organizational effectiveness, and / or unlock new
business opportunities. - Oversee governance and performance tracking
across supported organizations and connect into central
processes. - Partner with the SVP and HRBP to shape thought leadership
on organizational design, including evolving the GIAD operating model,
capabilities, and talent strategy - Support the definition and execution
of the path to scaling AI across GIAD, influencing senior stakeholders
and driving alignment on priorities, use cases, and change
management - Own the creation of executive materials (e.g., Board
or Executive Committee presentations). - Act as an advisor to the SVP
and leadership teams of Global Insights, Analytics, and Data

What we need from you

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business,
Strategy, Finance or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination
of education and work-related experience. MBA preferred.5+ years
progressive work experience in strategy, consulting, or a corporate environment,
with exposure to a broad range of business issues. Analytics, data science /
engineering, and / or AI experience preferred. Demonstrated
planning and project management skills to assess and develop strategic plans
based on business needs and assessments.Demonstrated strategic thinking
with a proven ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, draw insight
/ conclusions, and construct into a linear and compelling strategic
narrative.Strong interpersonal / communication skills, with the ability
to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests,
and joint analysis.
Location - Our
hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta
office. This expectation
may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of
the business.
The salary range for this role is $119,000.00
to $130,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
