include:
Assist in
the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports,
and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with hotel accounting standards, brand policies,
and statutory requirements - Review balance sheet reconciliations
and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies

year-end closing, audits, and statutory
reporting
Oversee
and review Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed
Assets

daily revenue postings, night audit reports, and income audit
accuracy -
style="font-size: 12pt;">Support cash flow management, bank reconciliations,
and treasury controls - Ensure proper controls over cash
handling, petty cash, and banking procedures

style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts,
and rolling projections - Monitor departmental costs and highlight cost control
opportunities -

with hotel policies
Ensure adherence
to internal controls, SOPs, and segregation of duties

What we need
from you

normal;">Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in an Accounting
and Finance related field. - Have a minimum of 3-4 years’
experience working within a finance leadership role within a hotel
environment. - Have strong people skills and demonstrated
performance leading a successful team. - Also need strong Microsoft
Excel skills and the ability to think strategically.

a goal-driven individual with high attention to detail, have the ability
to think critically and make effective strategic business
decisions.- A proven track record of adhering
to budgets. - Excellent communication and problem-solving
skills.
