style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">As a Pool Bartender, you'll uphold Regent's luxury standards by assisting
servers with tasks such as serving beverages, taking orders, and explaining menu
items. You'll help stock supplies, assist the bartender with ice and restocking,
and work with the kitchen to ensure accurate food orders.
Additionally, you'll greet and seat guests, maintain cleanliness
and organization at the pool, and adjust chaise loungers and umbrellas
as needed. Your role requires excellent hospitality skills, teamwork, clear
communication, and a focus on quality service.

Manager, every day is different, but you’ll mostly:

Monica Beach.

station.
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Participate in Pre-Shift meetings and learn new menu
items.
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Update the team during pre-shift about drink specials and items that
are running low or changes to the menu.

Welcome all guests
and ensure they receive responsive, professional and gracious
service.
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Answer any questions about the menu, specific food items, the wine list
or any other inquiries the guest may have.

Liaise with server and pool
attendants to always ensure communication about wants and needs
of guests.
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus
on delivering impeccable guest service.

Is knowledgeable on all
activities happening at the pool and the hotel.
style="line-height: normal;">
Assists the Pool attendants
with daily delivery of surprise and delights to guests.
style="line-height: normal;">
Always maintains a clean
and well stocked bar.
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all bar
menus.
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal
regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of
the restaurant employees
and guests.

from you:
style="line-height: normal;">Minimum 2 years of fine
dining mixology experience, within a luxury hotel bar experience
a plus.-
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge.
style="line-height: normal;">Must be minimum age to serve
alcohol.-
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s)
used in the workplace. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service
ware. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited
space. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Able to stand for long periods and move about
the property. -
style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Carrying or lifting items weighing more than 50 pounds.

to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

participation in a pooled tip system, where you contribute to tipping out
the support staff and other essential colleagues.

The hourly pay rate
for this role is $16.90 - $21.40/hr plus tips. This rate
is only applicable for jobs to be performed at Regent Santa Monica
Beach.
