The moment a guest steps into our hotel,
they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. To support this, we
are currently seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering
team and play a vital role in maintaining the property's rooms and facilities,
ensuring guest safety, comfort, and seamless operations.

day-to-day

style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Complete work orders as requested by the Chief
Engineer to meet customer requirements
style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Initiate/identify project work required
throughout the hotel
lang="EN-GB">Implement and action the preventative maintenance
program
style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"> lang="EN-GB">Demonstrate flexibility in changing the work schedule in light
of guest priorities
lang="EN-GB">General building minor maintenance
repairs
style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Carry pager and respond
to requests from departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout
the day
Prioritise safety by following
guidelines, reporting any incidents, hazardous conditions, or faulty equipment
to your supervisor.
style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Take responsibility
for maintaining cleanliness and safety in all areas, including the plant
rooms.

Full working rights within

or engineering with experience in a hotel setting
preferred.
Problem-solving
and fault-finding skills.
Ability to read
and interpret technical drawings, plans,
and schematics.
Good communication skills
for dealing with guests, hotel staff and external
contractors
Ability to work flexibly,
including weekends and public holidays.
